FAQ
Camera and privacy
The front camera estimates your joints with Apple's Vision framework, on the iPhone or iPad itself. That processing stays on the device. No video, photo, or biometric data is sent to a server. The souvenir photo and the short finish replay stay in local memory and are deleted on the next run, unless you tap Save or Share.
The app also sends anonymous usage events to Mixpanel, with data hosted in the European Union (level started, run finished, tutorial step, paywall opened), and an anonymous transaction id to RevenueCat to check the PRO subscription. Details are in the privacy policy.
Play on a TV with AirPlay
Place the iPhone or iPad about 2 meters away and turn on AirPlay to the television. The TV shows the 3D corridor in true 16:9 fullscreen (1080p / 4K at 60 FPS). The iPhone then switches to Skeleton Cockpit mode, which tracks the 19 joints.
In a living-room tournament, 2, 3, or 4 players take turns in front of the camera, on the same world and the same track. At the end, the app shows the 3D podium with the souvenir photo.
PRO subscription: manage or cancel
The download includes the tutorial (lvl 00) and Toy Kingdom level 01, on EASY and NORMAL. The PRO pass unlocks the rest of the arcade. The plans are a monthly pass with no commitment, an annual pass, and a lifetime edition (one-time payment, Apple Family Sharing). Amounts are shown in the app. What PRO unlocks is described in the PRO pass section.
The monthly and annual passes renew automatically. To manage or cancel: on iPhone or iPad, open Settings > [Your Name] (Apple ID) > Subscriptions, then BodyRush, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The lifetime edition is not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. See also the terms of use.
Restore purchases
Purchases are tied to the Apple ID used at the time of purchase (Apple StoreKit). On a new device, sign in with that same Apple ID, open BodyRush, and tap Restore Purchases on the PRO pass screen.
Request a refund
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by BodyRush. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID used for the purchase, choose BodyRush, and submit the request.
How far away should I stand, and how much space do I need?
Place the iPhone or iPad about 1.8 m to 2.5 m in front of you (coffee table, TV stand, or mount). The framing guide turns green when your silhouette is fully visible. Keep a clear area of at least 2 meters by 2 meters. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual shortness of breath.
Can I play without jumping or without squats?
Yes. Levels 01 and 05 have no jumps and no squats. Levels 02 and 07 have no jumps. Levels 03 and 06 have no squats. Levels 04, 08, and 09 use every movement. FIT levels 05 through 09 have unlimited hearts, for 5 or 10 minutes.
